CVM AT VASHI STATIONS
MACHINES NOT WORKING AND GIVING BACK DATED ENTRIES

CVM Machines at Vashi Ticket counters 5 in nos. are not working for past several months. If any one of it by fault sometimes print it gives the back dated print on the coupons. It is very shameless that no one from railway department is bothered to check and repair those machines. If in case after punching the coupons, any TC asks and rejects the punching being back dated even though we have punched it on the same day, passengers should not be held responsible. If those machines are not repaired immediately further inverse consequeces will be seen by the railway department.

This problem is seen at many railway stations. Is there anyone who can listen to the customer complaints?
