Non booking and non Supply

Sir,

This is in regard to the Siddhalingeshwar Enterprises who are authorised dealers for INDANE gas. I have booked a cylinder on feb. 3rd 2010 qand my w/l no.was 29 and till date inspite of me calling them several times they will not answer their phone and neither have taken any proactive steps to supply the same to us till date and the delivery boys who come to deliver the cylinder will demand a tip of 50 rupees saying that the booking lady demands it.
