Auto charging more and rude behaviou

Generally, I travel from New tippasandra to bagmane tech park.

None of the auto drivers go by meter. I pay Rs.20 to 30 most of the time.

But the meter reading for this distance is Rs. 17 (or Rs. 14 earlier)

This is what i observed on 2 days that, an auto driver agreed to go by meter.

Today morning i wanted to take an auto for the same distance.

The auto driver wanted Rs.30. I asked him, if he is ready to go for Rs. 25.

He started giving reasons, said he has to go inside the tech park, no passengers etc.

I told him, that the meter shows Rs. 17 only.

On this he started shouting on the road. He said "30 rupees hota hai, agar jaana hai to bolo, nahin to jaao". (It is Rs. 30, if you want to go then tell, other wise leave).

I noted the number of the auto. (As cited above KA03D 6318).

I understand, it is a short distance and may be its not that economical for the auto drivers. Thinking all this, i pay Rs. 20 to 30, where i should have paid Rs. 17 Only.

On top of that, the auto drivers misbehave.

This is not done.

Let me know, your further actions on this.
