Forcibly selling Gas Chulhas along with new Gas connection

Sir,

On getting posted at Air Force Station Dalhousie, I applied for LPG connection for domestic use at Dalhousie Gas Agency. They compulsarily charged me Rs 3900 for single connection saying that I'll have to purchase Gas Chulha along with the new connection or I'll not be given new connection though I don't require it. My Customer no is DGS-18180 and the distributor's code is 9110241.This is a clear example of takinf undue benefit from needy customer as this is one of the essential and scarce service here. On asking for whether I can be exempted from purchasing the chulha with the connection, CO Rep behaved badly and threatened me that he'll not give me the connection.

Please do the needful in this matter.
