Worst Service

I got my gas connection transferred from Pune to Bangalore and got it registered @Danish Gas agency. I got the first cylinder after 15-20 days, after numerous calls. When I inquired about the second cylinder, I was told that it will come after some days. Days became months and I got the second cylinder after almost 3 months. When I booked a refill, I did not get any refill cylinder even after 15 days. Then I went to the agency personally 2-3 times and made at-least 10 calls to them everyday. Now its more than a month that I requested for a refill cylinder and they have still not provided me one. For last 10 days, they are saying "it will come today for sure", "I'll send it tomorrow definitely", but no progress. Also they do not even pick up calls, if at all they pick up the call, they will keep you on hold for 10 mins and be talking with someone else. Then they will cut the call. I called them nearly 30 times today, but not once they replied!! I'm totally miffed off with their service :(
