Non Delivery of PAN Card

I applied for a duplicate PAN Card (No. AYUPS9596F) on 05/05, vide coupon no. 504356651. The same was dispatched to me on 28/05 by Dart Mail Courier Services vide their Reference no. 52070258, Tracking No. 75346858. After tracking, I did find out that the same has been delivered on 12/06 to some unidentified person with mobile No. 9911152025, which happens to be my mobile number (9811440653), nor any of my family member’s number. When asked by Dart Mail Customer Service Executive over the phone, the behavior was very rude and even after repeated requests since 15/06, no follow up, or verification of the same has been done till date. As a result I still don’t have my PAN Card with me even after having applied for it since over a month.

I am very agitated to know that the courier company hired to deliver such important documents can be so negligent and irresponsible. I am forwarding the same complain to all concerned authorities as well as the consumer complaints department, to advocate the cause of taking stern legal and administrative action against Dart Communications Pvt. Ltd. at the earliest. Also, please give me the latest update on the necessary action taken by you on this matter.
