Not delivering PAN CARD despite many reminder at their customer care

Dear Sir

I had applied for pan card and income tax authority UTI PAN CARD CENTER LAXMI NAGAR confirmed the dispatch of PAN CARD on 30th october via Dart Mail Courier. Despite repeated requests to the said courier customer care on Phone No:011-30809999 to their incharge Mr Prem for last three consecutive days and getting false assurances the person has failed to deliver the consignment no-56918445 causing unwanted mental agony and state of confusion as I am in need of this PAN card for medical council inspection of our Medical College, which was also conveyed to them.such unwanted callous and irresponsible behavior should be brought to the notice to the concerned authority and some remedial measures must be ensured to the public/customer.
