Not geting the parts

Sir,

i have one Maruthi swift LDI eng no D13A1004107, CHESISS NO MA3FKEBIS00211105, now the car is in a service station, because its tenssionar pully 17540N86J00 was damaged in the last month, the car now is in Lakshmi Devi Auto garage Thrissur, Kerala (Mos no 4137) we were searchin about to find out that parts, but we were disappointed because we did't get that parts anywhere. My business is not going very well due to this. So i kindly request you to take an immediate action to sent the parts through sai service station conchin. iam expecting your fast replay.
