Non delivery of swift dezire

We have booked swift Dzire LXI silky silver ON 15.10.2008 from DD Motors Wazirpur delhi by paying Rs.10, 000 as advance and requested them on 2-9 that we require 2010 model. We have been enquiring DD MOTORS Wazirpur Delhi from 15 jan but till today we have not been been provided any information of the delivery of the Vehicle.(receipt no 276 of dd motors dated 19-10)
