Non Ethical and poor in qaulity

I booked their package to avail pick and drop facility that is of 299/- and 499/- last 17 Jan from my residence to Bangalore International Airport. I got drop facility on 19 Jan to airport 1st Feb whwn i called them to avail there service to pick us from airport these fellow asked me to pay some extra amount and they forwarded some third party peson who was entertaining to other cabs service provider on the airport i remember cab no ending with 1327 and driver name was murugesh. These buggers created panic situation so that i can not avail some other service provider service. Finally we hired Meeru cabs to drop us to our destination in bangalore. I appreciate Meeru Cabs service and thanking to Meeru team to work out for this.
