DEFECT IN VEHICLE

I purchase an A Star car from m/s Ekansh Wheel Ambala in Feb. 2009. My car is showing some serious problem as the steering wheel of the car is pushing me out of the car. I have lost all the four tires due to the problem. I contacted the workshop many times but in vain. Today also I visited the workshop at Tepla (Ambala) for the necessary repair work but the workshop manager told me some shocking news that the vehicle has some problem which is beyond understanding. My car has changed the shape of tires and due to misshape of the tires car is bubbling. Change in the tires shape is the clear indication that either the quality of the tires is poor or my car has some manufacturing defect. The workshop personals has checked all the other things which can be the cause of this huge damage to tires (as the workshop manager told me). I have given a hard copy of the complaint to the dealer and one copy is to forwarded by post. I am also sending one hard copy to maruti india ltd. Please take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. I hope you will certainly pay heed to my complaint.
