CHEATING AND THREATENING CALL FROM DELHI NCR CAR HELPLINE PRIVATE LIMITED.

This is pradeep sharma from Dwarka. Yesterday evening my car broke down at Gurgaon toll plaza. I called up car helpline number of "Delhi NCR car helpline private limited" (provided by just dial). I spoke to a person named Vinod (mobile number -08527014694), who offered me membership of the company for which he asked me to pay INR 1000. he promised that if I would buy their membership, they would treat and charge me as a member. I agreed and closed the deal.

After some time a person from the company came in a white maruti omni and tried to repair the car. he said that it would take an hour to repair the car and he does not have that much of time. they towed my car and dropped me at my residence which is around 18 kms from the spot. Machenic asked me to pay INR 500 extra as i was not a member. I reminded him that they promised me to charge as member (as I agreed to pay subscription amount of INR 1000). I called up Vinod and tried to understand why they were imposing extra charge on me.

Mr Vinod lost his temper and started scolding. he threatened me that if i would not pay INR 1500 he will rush to my residence with 20-22 guys and recover INR 3000 from me. when i warned him that i would lodge a complaint with police, his reply was "YEH MERA DIN RAAT KA KAAM HAI, POLICE WALE MERA KUCHH NAHI BIGAD SAKTE". to avoid any drama, i paid them INR 1500. They kept the amount and refused to give me membership.

I conducted a desktop search on the company and found that the company is making fool of people my misrepresenting themselves as a private limited company (Delhi Ncr Car Helpline private limited), where as the company is not registered with RoC as a private limited company.
