Consumer Complaint:-
I Rajendra Prasad Pandey, was booked innoya with Delta cab on date 27 may at 7 PM for date 29 May at 7 AM and our booking id is (65566).
But on morning on 29 May around 8 AM i called to delta cab representative for asking details of cab and driver then he told me your drive on the way and they contact to u.
Again after (8:40 AM) some time i called to representative this time they told me your booking is cancelled.
so, i want to ask delta cab how they can cancel booking without prior information to customer.
so, i am facing a lot of problem and i loss our time and money.
so, i decided i will go with consumer former, If u not compensate my time and money within 24 Hrs.
