Terrible experience

I am having a Consumer No. 1744 (Jasodaben M Raj) with the Dwarkesh Gas Agency, Grid Crossing, Anand (Gujarat). I booked for Gas cylinder on 25.07.08 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered after 15 days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally submit the document as they required for issuing the gas cylinder.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and told that we didn't give u gas cylinder and told if u want to complaint against me than do it. They also do not respond positively.
