Myself Mr. Sanujit Mohapatro and my consumer ID is-23498.I am booking for a gas for refilling purpose on 07.09.2011 through my registered mobile no (9777450513). The booking detail in given below-
Booking reference no is-12505176 Dt:07.09.2011 in 6.30 AM.
But till date I am not getting the cylinder. My second cylinder was also completed on 22.09.2011.So I would request to you kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
