I had booked a spot taxi for drop to Yeshwantpur railway station. I called them 15 min before the scheduled time to inquire about the driver details and got the response that the booking is canceled and they can't provide another taxi. This is ridiculous, how can I count on these people, as there was no prior information. I could have missed my train. Its high time these services should be accountable for such behaviors.
