I request all others please do not fall prey to these fakes. They do not know even how to talk properly with customers.

Dear customer why i am writing the detail address of this unreliable garbage packers and movers agency so that new customer is not trapped into their false claim. Recently we translocated our domestic logistics from Bangalore to Hyderabad. It was horrible experience for us, it was like nightmare for us. I will narrate our experience with them in points so that any body can judge how bad it was:

1) Got their reference through just dial in Bangalore

2) Before finalizing things they (person named Rajesh/Ramesh Mobile No. ) were talking so nicely that we believed and agree to shift through them. They promised

a) items will be delivered very safely within two days

b) it was booked on 22.09.11 but delivered after 8-9 days

3) They missed three items once I asked for those items they were behaving in such rude manner as if we have done some crime. It was not at all under business ethics. After so much of request they delivered two items not in Hyderabad but in Bangalore. Till now they did not deliver my Helmet costing more than Rs 1000.

4) Once I called to Head office at Hyderabad, they were not ready take responsibility, they just passed on to Blre fellows. I was very much scared oh my God whether luggage will reach safely or not? But thanks God. They are not at all doing business in ethical way.

3) They do not have their own transport they are fake and acting as mere mediator. They delivered our luggage in very horrible situation through some other transpost called SATYAM. At the time of delivery no one came from DHL.
