Therefore, you please take necessary action immediately otherwise, If I do not get any trace of my entire goods within Seven Days hereof, then I will take necessary & appropriate legal action with adequate compensation of Jumbo Cartoon, harassment, delay delivery and entire damaged goods as explained above and total estimated cost is Rs. 1.5 Lac shall be raised for entire compensation.

Subject: Last & Final Notice of Non-delivery of One Big Cartoon (Jumbo Box) containing of mixed Domestic valuable goods as explained below.

This is Ms. Mainaki Chattoraj was booked house hold valuable goods to transport from Bangalore to DURGAPUR – 16 on 21/06 through Container Cargo & Logistics vide Bill No: DHL/BNG/1293 – a Unit of DHL Packers and Movers (P) Ltd. I received partly of the goods at my destination point i.e. DURGAPUR on 06/08, a gap of more than 45 days with One Jumbo – Cartoon / Box missing and most of the packages (cartons) were damaged.

I have raised a complaint with the Container Cargo & Logistics / DHL Packers and movers complaint cell, After multiple & repeated STD Phone Calls & e-mail dated: Aug.12 (copy enclosed) they do not bother or responded not a single word. I have waited long and that they are not able to trace my missing goods.

• Missing items One Big Jumbo Cartoon/Package: University Books – 45 no ; One Micro Oven; One Mixer and some Utensils & Cloths, 3 Big Barbie (3feet long) Dolls etc.

• If I do not get any trace of my entire goods within Seven Days hereof, then I will take necessary & appropriate legal action with adequate compensation of Jumbo Cartoon, harassment, delay delivery and entire damaged goods as explained above.
