Unprofessional service

DHL Safe, a name which makes you feel they are from DHL. But beware they are the Bowenpally based local packers named DHL Safe. The person Rohit Verma (91 92463 79991) will give you quotation that is lower but then would add insurance, octroi, service tax and some other such components to almost double the quotation.

Secondly, they are highly unprofessional. In my case, they collected my household items and received complete payment for the bill (including for bike). Later, they did not transport my bike and I had to send it by another packers.

Loading and unloading charges are included in the bill but their staff demands for 200-300 rupees for this again at your residence. They transported my refrigerator placing it flat (horizontal) in a vehicle. They also damaged the refrigerator, mirror items and provided a really shabby and unprofessional service.

I would recommend not to go for them. I had moved my household stuff from Hyderabad to Pune.
