Late delivery

MY self Rajesh vekariya. I am costumer of the Dipali gas agency, junagadha road, jetpur, dist. rajkot, pin no. 360370. I had complain about the services provide by them because as per government rules the delivery of the GAS cylinder is should be done in 21 day. But they note our request after 21 day and then that 18 day more for delivery so they take total 39 day instead of 21 days. I had requested them but they say there is sortage of gas cylinder but they ready to provide as many as cylinder in BLACK by paying more money extra. So please take some action against it this is not only my problem but it is also for all the customer of that agency.
