LPG cylinder not being delivered after booking

Hi Guys,

I am having a HP gas connection with Divine Gas Agency Trivandrum with consumer number 603464 residing near CRPF Camp, Pallipuram. This mail is intended to lodge a formal complaint against my gas agency for the highly inefficient service they provide with regards to delivery of LPG cylinders.

I received my last cylinder on 5th February and subsequently made a booking for the next one on 15th February (Ref No. 272012) which has not been delivered till date where as I understand that the maximum time an agency can take to deliver a gas cylinder is 21 days in urban area and 30 days from the day of booking in a villages.

I would like to inform you that this is not the first time I have faced this kind of trouble from this agency.

I am sure you that everyone who is reading this will understand the kind of problem that a household faces without LPG cylinder in this age. Does anyone has any idea on how to tackle this issue or is there someone out there who can help to resolve this problem permanently??
