Delay in refilling of HP cylinde

Respected Sir,

I am consumer of hp gas & gets gas from ur dealer DIVYA JYOTI GAS AGENCY EAST VINOD NAGAR DELHI 110091. As a customer we are really suffering lot from this agency. I have booked online refill cylinder on Dec but still it is almost end of Jan but our refill cylinder have not delivered yet, we have tried lot to lodge complain on HP customer zone too but not action took by them. I and our family are suffering due to shortage of gas. Please Please take a action against such agency who sale the cylinder on black due to which we customer suffer lot.

A gas refilling must be refill with in a week but this dealor almost take more than a month. He is doing black marketting of gas, Please ensure us to take a strict action against dealor and provide the supply of gas cylinder with in the time.
