Worst service ever from kolkata to delhi, broke my goods and never botherred to compensate even after repeated calls. Lost some of the household goods items too. Rude and irresponsible staf. Very bad packing and storage facility. Zero accounatabilty and customer service. Both owner and manger are quite rude. They cant be trusted with your valuables, which I think they stole in transit. Never use their service. Its shame, they take apayment in advqance and latter harress the consumer to relase goods in proper condition.
