Not delivering toyota innova car even after the full payment

Hi i have made the booking from Dobro Toyota a dealer in Hyderabad made full payment for new Toyota innova in DEC and they promised me to deliver the car on 27 DEC but when i went to pick my car they said that the car meet with an accident while coming from workshop to showroom but when i enquired about accident that was not correct and the saddest part is they are not assuring the exact date of my car delivery and my EMI of my finance have already started without the car in my hand and the response of the dealer was very bad and asked us to cancel the booking. toyota is suppose to be no 1 car manufacturer in the world i would like suggest toyota to also watch these sort of dodgy dealers and their activities closely
