Hero Honda Pleasure
Defect In Model

I have purchase pleasured on 11th sep. My motorcycle no is MH 14 CF 7554. But the Model is giving starting problem. It is being happened for atleast 5 to 6 times till now. Because of this problem most of the time the motorcycle stays in service center so its being incovenient for me to use now a days when its most usefull for me.

And this time the motorcycle gave major problem that is the kick has been jamed on 15th feb and its been taken to service center at Shreyas Motorcycles, Lonavla. From one month no one is taking action for it as they giving silly reasons that we not getting the required parts.

And not only this much but we call regular to customer care but no one give response. They take our number & tell will call you and tell about it but till now no one called us and gave proper reason or answer.

Can u cant get a single part of bike from last 1 month. Who is responsible for this? Because of your improper service we have to face lots of problems.

The motorcycle is new, is this your way of business?

There is manufacturing defect, I want new model.
