Non availability of spares for ages

I have taken a vehicle Mahindra Scorpio VLX on 17th of January for which when i to get the 1st service done i came to knew that my billing date was 31st of Dec and it was refused to service ias i was delayed by 15 days. T achieve there targets for dec the showroom had done a backdate billing on me which was not in my knowledge. What ever, now that my hybrid tech is not functioning for last 1 year just for the sake of one censor worth Rs. 350/- or 400/-, which could not be made available by the work shop in 1 year. All the time i opt for the spare i am been sent back by just taking my mobile no. and telling that i shall be informed once the spare is available. My vehicle regn no. OR 14 U 0101 regd at Rourkela
