Delay in delivery between two neigbour states

Hi,
I have couriered few documents to the neighbour state, West Bengal on Monday, 28th nov. Its friday and still the documents are not delivered. Blue Dart claims that it would be delivered within 2 days and thats why I couriered the documents through blue dart and this is the result. Its already 5 days and still they are not delivered
