Domestic Gas Regulator
Defective Regulato

I have a domestic gas connnection in the name of Ms Bhawana Dubey and I have been taking my regular supplies from Smriti Gas House, 30 Maqbara Road Hazratganj, Lucknow. It was after more than 20 yrs of usage, the regulator had gone faulty on 09/4 which was replaced by M/s Smriti Gas House on the same day on payment of Rs 45/-. Regretfully the regulator replaced by M/s Smriti again went faulty on 08/5 just after less than a month, which was quite surprising. When the Smriti Gas was approached they did replace the same and asked for a payment of Rs45/- which I declined as the regulator had gone faulty in less than a month on which the staff there misbehved with me. They told me that they do not give an hour's guarantee what to speak of a month. I am shocked and surprised by the attitude of the Smriti Gas House. Would you please let me know that is anyone responsible for the poor quality of the regulator and does it bear any guarantee? Can anyone justify the recent regulator going faulty in less than a month as compred to the earlier one which served satisfactorilyy for more than 20yrs? Would yoy please respond to my observation and the attitude of M/s Smriti Gas House.
