Respected Sir,

I am regular customer Of your company. But for the last two months your Lucknow Aashiana branch is taking me as a granted. On my last order your delievry person was late by 6-7 minutes but he argued with me & even your staff at branch was not co-operative all these things happend in front of my guests at home. This incident happend to me despite I have not complained to consumer forum when earlier a small metal stick got stuck in my wind pipe which was in your pizza.

So kindly please tell me what action you are taking in this case. Waiting for your action and your call.
