Wrong route and cheating

Today (Oct 19) DC 509 (AP 09 TV 6870) Tata Indica started from Dattu Nagar, Hyderabad to Vijayanagar Colony, Masab tank, Hyderabad at sharp 6:00 PM. This is a distance of 15 or 16 KM. Lady passenger in the cab was new to Hyderabad city. She was taken through a wrong route and meter showed 28KM, which is 12 km more than the actual distance. Even Shamshabad Airport to vijayanagar colony is just 26 KM. Driver demanded Rs330/-. upon contacting 24242424 for help. Person in-charge asked us to pay Rs350/- which more than what driver is asking. This is nothing short of robbery/cheating.
