No parking near parking area of my two wheele

The complaint was regarding my two wheeler i have parked near Indian oil Petrol bunk near Rajarajeshwari nagar bangalore around 10am in the morning (05/03) which is a parking area.By the time i came in the night around 9-45pm my bike was not there. So i asked shopkeeper near by they said traffic police took and went. After that I went to Byatrayanpura traffic police station around 10-15pm. There the police constables they asked about my details I replied to them after 10min there boss came to station I told them that my bike is here. He started asking bribe of 300 rupees but in the net when i checked in the websiteLIST OF TRAFFIC OFFENCES, SECTION OF LAW AND FINE AMOUNT

here in the above mentioned website the charges were only 100rupees. so i request CBI or lokyukta to investigate or catch hold of those who are taking bribe in traffic division, because all are not enough rich to pay the bribe. No traffic police is following there own rules then how they can control traffic they are working only for bribe siiting under the tree and putting black money in there pocket.
