Reimbursement of damage done to car during transit against GC No. 4103247

This is A K Raut. I am working as an engineer in IOCL Paradip Refinery Project (Orissa). I got transferred from IOCL Digboi (Assam). I have handed over my vehicle to M/s DRS Dilip Roadlines Pvt. Ltd. for transportation. Mr Sant Kumar of DRS Dilip Roadlines Guwahati branch came to Digboi & taken my vehicle to Guwahati by road & then by car carrier to Bhubaneswar. He told me not to worry, Once you handover the vehicle, we shall deliver it safely. They said this is part of Agrawal packers & movers. But actually they are doing business in the name of Agrawal packers & movers. They have committed me to deliver my vehicle after 10 days. But they have deliverd it after 20 days with a very bad condition which i have never expected.

The following incidents happened during transit.

1. Travel of 2000 kms Extra

2. Heavy scratch on left Head Light

3. Scratch on Bonnet

4. Car Mobile Charger missing

5. Wiper blade damage

6. scratch on Front Glass

7. Lock & Key missing

8. FM Arial broken

9. One no. of tyre puncture

10. Back side bumper loosen

11. Mud & dust filled inside.

Out of the aove i have asked for the reimbursement of the following:

1. One car Mobile phone charger missing. - 250 /-

2. Key and Lock (1set) missing. - 150 /-

3. One tyre was punctured. - 100 /-

4. Scratch near left side Head light found. - 3000 /-

Mr Sant kumar told me that, DRS Dilip Roadlines Bhubaneswar branch will reimburse the amount. Mr. Balaraj of DRS Dilip Roadlines Bhubaneswar told me that i will talk with guwahati & then tell you. After continuous followup Mr. Balaraj told me i can reimburse upto Rs 500/-. For total reimburse talk with our head office at Hyderabad. Then i talked with Mr. Mangaraj of DRS Dilip Roadlines Hyderabad. He told me to send the scan copies of the consignment at claims@drsindia.in. Then after no. of reminder mails, one lady talked with me and told me that, they do not reimburse any claim of damage during transit of car carriage.

Guys, still i m struggling for my right. Money is not a big issue. But M/s DRS Dilip Roadlines Pvt. Ltd. is playing with people of india in arude & wild way. Which is very offensive & objectionable. Such type of fraud transport agencies should not exist in india. They are doing business in the name of other reputed transport agencies. So, kindly never go for DRS Dilip Roadlines for any type of transport assistance. This is my kind suggestion to all of you.
