Dear sir/Madam I have booked one Glass made gift set through DTDC COURIER to Hakimpet Secunderabad on 09 feb consignment number is Z52350540Z. The item was not delivered and is back in 100% broken condition. The manager is not entertaining my complaints and is thretening me as he is a local person. Please do the needfull.
