Consignment not delivered evn after a month

I booked one cosignment with DTDC Courier & Cargo in Kolkata for delivery to Jamshedpur. The date of booking was on 11.01.2012. However the consignment never reached the distination. I've lodged a complaint with the Courier service but to no avail. The scanned copy of receipt is enclosed for needful.
