Unnecessarily delay – Fraud promises to custome

When I booked my courier on 27 dec I was told that it will reach to the destination within two days. Today it is 4 jan but still that has not reached to the destination. DTDC courier website also not showing and details to this shipment. It is just saying " In Transit". I used this courier service with a impression that it will give me fast service as the issue was need to solve on urgent basis. But This is the worst courier service I ever used. Please guide me how to proceed further.
