The service/repcement of LGP bottle takes almost 15 days from the date of booking. Booking is done only after 20 days of last cylinder. Practically the cylinder is replced after 35 days. Last month Distt Food supply had to intervene, then only the cylinder was sent. The behaviour of delivery boy is atrosious and pathatic. He generally donot return balance amont giving pretext that he does have change.

Even the receiptionist is not coordial. Most of the times telephone is not attended.
