Booked an Easy Cab on 19/10 . When I called for confirmation of booking and booking details after not getting any SMS, they said “Yes, it will reach on time”. Again I called they said within 10 min it would be reaching and when It did not come on time I again called and they said, “Booking cancelled, reason unknown/ no vehicle available” etc. Without giving me any information they cancelled it at last moment and the tension that time is just unexplainable.
