Shame on Easy cab service!! Pathetic... Fooling people always!!!

Hi,

I am deeply annoyed with the kind of service Easy cab provided me. I regularly take cab service through Meru, but this time i tried Easy cab on 26th May and booked for 9:45 AM (Bangalore). The booking was Confirmed ID: B052640407 Car No : 3026 . Infact this was the 3rd confirmation given to me and it was completely fuzz wether the driver is coming or NOT . Everytime i tried to check the status I was told 10 mins the driver will reach. But finally at 11, I booked Meru cab which reached by 11:20 .

I had lost 80 mins and my parents who were supposed to reach by 10:30 had reached by 12.

SHAME ON EASY CAB!!

This is pathatic on part of Easy cab who claims to be giving customer service first.
