Troubling customers with poor service and fraud

I have booked Easy cab from their web page on 31st Dec afternoon
pik up on 31st night 10pm drop to Bangalore international airport.
after booking completion referance no. appeared and after that no SMS or mail
or phone call. Since i had faced similar problem few months ago i thought
let me wait till 9:30pm if no response i decided to go by airport bus run by BMTC.
they called me at 9:45PM when i was in volvo bus and asking me whrere is the pick up place.
Few months ago when i booked over phone they said booking confirmed and they send driver details
through SMS. I did not receive any sms and i called them to confirm what happend they say sorry no cab available
for today they can send cab tomorrow only. Its meanigless my flight is today and very difficult to arrange other cab.
SOme how i managed to arrange friends car...
So 2 times they cheated me for airport drop booking.
This is not acceptable. What if a tourist of other country face this problem
who will pay if we miss international flight because of Easy cab negligence?
