This is a painful experience in dealing with Easy Cab Service. I booked a cab with Booking ID CNA5951, Car No. 6547 with Chauffer Cell No. 9818569060. I was assured to be given the said service at agreed time but which did not happen.

When I tried to call on Chauffer Cell no. being shared in SMS then he never picked the call. This is extremely unprofessional and which this type of service the vendor should be penalized to the best of the depth since this causes Customers to loose the commitments based on committed service.

hope this forum will deffinately make a difference in how this bunch of craps working out of the city and boasting to give best of the service available.
