Poor service

I booked a cab for 22.11.2010 5:00 AM from Nerul to Airport which was confirmed. At 4:45 the driver called me and told that he is 35 Km. away from my residence and can not reach at 5:00 AM and I should book another taxi. No satisfactory reply from the contact centre. Never book a taxi with Easy Cab if you do not have the cushion to book another taxi in last minutes.
