Easy Cab
Irresponsible and Unprofessional Cab Operato

I have ordered an Easy Cab on the morning of 30th Novemebr 2010 againsgt which i was issued a Booking ID of A113001187.

The Cab was to reach my place of residence at 9.30 AM. At 9 Am, i recieve a call from the cab driver that he is struck in jam and could not come on time and that i should appraoch another cab. Upon complaining to Easy Cab, i am informed by Ms Sapna that the Cab is unavailable and you please contact other cab operators.

I would like to know why are these cab operators not been pulled for their irepponsible and unprofessional atttiude. The consumer may be in trouble and there last minute denial can only add to tension and harassment and nothing else.

I request a strict action against the agency. Also, would request everyone to AVOID BOOKING EASY CAB
