I am disappointed to see the decline in your quality of service. I always felt that your intention was to run this organization in a most professional manner. Last night I booked the cab [A052317158] for this morning 5AM to catch my flt from T3. I had no intimation till 4.40AM of cab number or drivers number. When I called your office, they say in a few minutes you will get an SMS[his name is shailender]. I didn’t get any information until 4.55. I called your office again, and they put me on hold and at 5. 02AM they tell me they have a technical problem and the cab is cancelled. What kind of high handed approach is this? Are we at mercy of your organization and there is no alternative? Believe me its second time happening the first one BO51621703. Your organization has put me in such a fix that I had to drive my car to reach the airport, and also I have to leave it in the airport for next three days. What a shame that you want to build an organization with so much of customer dissatisfaction. You may not feel the impact now, but nevertheless, you will feel it in days to come when people like me start to share the horror stories of depending on you.
