I booked easy cab from ghansoli to panvel on 16th Oct. Cab did not came on time and after coming to our location, drive called us that he has reached (Driver name R K Mishra) We came down from building within 5 min and show that there was no cab. We called driver and asked where is he? He told us shamelessly that he left place for another passenger.. We asked him the reason. He told that we were late to arrive. Actully cabl came 15 min late at our place and we just took 5 min to come done still he flew.

We called easycab office and told about incidence. They didnot help anything to us. We had to manage other way by our own. Request all of you not to hire easycab anytime...
