Delay in providing service

Sir,

Today, I booked a cab from Laxmi Nagar for Noida Sector 15 at app. 03.50 pm. First the service provider told that it will take 2-3 minutes to confirm the status via SMS. Did not received anything. On contacting again, is said another 10 minutes to confirm. It did not. On contacting again, it said i will get SMS in two minutes and confirmed verbally that cab shall reach at 04.50 pm. SMS did come after 5 minutes but no cab. On contacting the driver, he said he will be reaching by 05.30 pm only.

Its in inadvertent delay and keep you guessing. I suffered a lot of humiliation and financial loss on this account. my booking id is B062765068 (as per SMS received).
