Confirmed Booking got Cancelled at the last Minute

I booked a cab from Easy Cab. I booked it for 07 November at 15:30 and made the booking a day before on 06 November at 18:41 with Booking ID A110701786.

They cancelled jsut 15 min prior to my journey. Who would be ans why cab was not send & i have to arrange a new taxi for going.
