I booked the taxi from Nizzamudeen Railway station to Gurgaon on 17 May for 1315Hrs. the taxi did not arrived at nizzamudeen railway station and when I called the taxi driver he respond that he is not coming for pickup. and when I called the call center they told me that they will try and arrange some other taxi. and finally I got the taxi by 1430Hrs (late by 0115Hrs) and had the SWEAT BATH FOR THREE TIMES and due that i missed one of my important Lunch meeting.

As if we are 15 Minute late they chaarge us 50 Rs per 15 Minute .but when they do such kind of stuff they did not do anything as the service provider. I strongly Recommend to AVOID taking the EASYCAB as we have to teach them the lesson. OTHERWISE THEY WILL CONTINUE HARASS US LIKE THIS .
