Easy Cabs
Pathetic Service

Hi,

I had booked on 7th Aug arount 12.30 PM for a pickup at 5.30 PM. I got a confirmation from them for the same. But later the car was never sent to me. I called them to check the status they said cab has been cancelled. Strange very strange. I had already checked out of my hotel and had a horrowing time as the time passed by. After another call they agreed to send another car but even this time they failed to send the car and for the same reason. (Cab Availability). it was the worst experince I had with the cabs and that was the time I was cursing myself for choosing Easy Cabs. As a matter of fact I have been using Meru cabs for long but I do not know why did I book Easy cabs for that day. GUYS be careful while booking your cabs with EASY CABS..learnt a lesson...
