Cancellation without information

Hi,

I booked the cab in the morning to Bangalore Railway Station for 9.00 pm the same evening. I got a confirmation mail stating the same. Due to the death of a Kannada actor, there was a lot of disturbance in the city and I was counting on the cab. I asked them to check if I can pre-pone my booking to 8.30pm for the same reason. The call center was very prompt and said they will confirm by sms. Now as it happened, the 8.30pm was cancelled (which I didnt book) and 9.00pm cab never turned up. I called later and they told me that my enquiring for 8.30pm possiblity has cancelled my 9.00pm cab that was confirmed. This has happened to so mant people before and i would be really glad if there was some way to address the same.
