I had booked for Easy Cab facility (in Bangalore) on 21st March'10 for a 6:45 PM pick-up. As part of their process they would confirm the booking 30 mins prior to the pick-up time. Firstly I think 30 mins is too less a time if they cancel the cab and then passenger has to look out on his own.
As I did not get any response till 6:25 PM, I called up their number and was told that the cab was cancelled. After my call I recieved a sms confirming the cancellation at 6:29 PM. This has been my second experience with them of cabs being cancelled and not recieveing an sms within the 30 min time (mentioned as part of their process). I do not think I would be keen to take thier cab facility again, but feel helpless that there may not be too many options and hence the attitude of such service providers.
